Shopping and eateries are only a two-minute drive from the community the nearest being at Championship gate. Also found here is a marvelous golf course for those who fancy a game while on holiday (vacation). Most of the homes here back on to conservation or have lake views.
The community has lots of paved areas suitable for jogging, walking and cycling, and for the children it has a play park.

The brand new villa is a 5 bedroom, 4-bathroom property with private pool on the popular development of Sandy Ridge . The villa is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all rooms.  The villa is just 10 minutes from Disney theme parks, two minutes from the world class Champions Gate golf course, two minutes from shops, restaurants and only thirty minutes from Orlando airport.

Downstairs master ensuite with double bed ideal if you find stairs difficult, the ensuite has a large shower.
Downstairs is the king size master ensuite, this has a TV, clock radio and a safe for you to store your valubles in. The large ensuite has a corner bath and shower, it also has access to the pool area and can be used as the pool bath by other guests.
Upstairs is the last master ensuite , it has a queen size bed and clock radio, again the ensiute offers a large corner bath with a separate shower.
The following two bedrooms have twin beds and share the fourth bathroom.
