This home boasts a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishing including sofa and love seat, cable TV, X box and DVD player, your sure to find something to watch!

Kitchen
The kitchen has been fully equipped with every thing that you could need for that favourite family treat, or simple snack. Choose to eat together as a family at the table or alfresco by the pool!
Bedrooms
Main master has king size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, and walk in closet plus an ensuite.
The second master has a queen size bed with all of the above.
The last two rooms are twins these have nightstands with lamp, and ample closet space they share a bathroom.
Pool area
There's a superb and optionally electrically heated private, screened, pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sun-loungers and soak in "the rays" as you look out on to the conservation area which backs on to Dream Retreat villa. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck have alarms.
